We take one item you sell through order → configured BOM (not a unique BOM per variant) → remnant / yield → work order with real stations and finish / dry time → job cost and a simple accounting view. If we cannot do that honestly with what you send, or if the motion would stall a CNC operator, we say so.

Plan beforehand

• One typical item, including a configured item if that is how you sell
• Where BOMs live today (Excel, CAD/CAM, someone’s head)
• How many people would touch Odoo in the first 90 days
• City and state
• Whether you want the first meeting on-site (available in WY, CO, UT, ID, MT)

What happens after

A short written note: fit / not a fit, likely phase-1 apps (plant loop + accounting), likely risk (usually BOM quality and change on the floor), and a project-shaped next step.
